My recent purchase of Golf R 20th Anniversary was most straight forward experience and Tim's dedication is second to none. Tim is as knowledgeable about product as he is dedicated to his job. Bytek Volkswagen is the place to consider if you are thinking about buying a car.

Everyone at this dealership must love working together as the entire team smiles and goes out of their way to help out. From sales, to management to reception and financing - all were five star customer service agents. A special shout-out to Tim in sales whose no pressure approach was appreciated. He was supportive in answering all questions - even those I didn’t think to ask. Highly recommend coming to this VW dealership.

I added this review two years ago when we had amazing customer service from Tim and the previous store manager, two years later today we went back expecting same service and honestly we are not impressed, we might have got the best deal we could but for some reason we don’t feel happy about the purchase and the sales rep had something to do with us having that feeling, I will stop at this but for my next upgrade i will probably shop around and not default to bytek as I did this time.

Indeed a five stars experience with Bytek Volkswagen. We've been to several dealership since having our first car and I must say Bytek Volkswagen is definitely one of the best so far. We came to appraise our Mazda 3 and see if we can get a bigger car like SUV, since it is much easier to drive during winter. Tim assisted us all throughout the process, showed us several options, and made sure to stick within our budget. He made sure to find the best one that would works for us. I would also like to add how Amanda was very knowledgeable about the Tiguan and made sure to go through every details about the car with us. Jennifer who handles the finance part was also very accommodating and made sure to explain to us all the information needed. Overall, we are very happy and satisfied with our 2020 Tiguan and the excellent customer service of the whole team in Bytek.
