So i would like to talk about my experience , andy sales manager and andrew the sales manager , rude , very bad communication, there is no way in conversation or explaining, i bought 2023 car and i had the worst service and experience in my life , i will never recommend anyone to buy or deal with this dealership i wish i didnt purchase the car from there

I am the proud owner of a 2013 Volkswagen GTI. I went to the Bytek bodyshop to inquire about paint touch-ups. I had a little bit of rust developing. I was informed of the 12 year corrosion warranty that is included in the original owners manual of certain models. Well I'll be! Sure enough, there it was! As a result, Sarah and her team replaced 3 doors and two fenders. They even washed and fully detailed the car inside and out. Not a penny out of my pocket! My GTI looks brand new! I was not expecting that level of service. Outstanding! Check your warranty folks, you might be in for a very pleasant surprise! 😊 Update! Just had the fourth door replaced! My GTI is certainly good for another 125 kms at least! Again, the car was fully detailed and all in 2.5 days. Lovely service on this lovely day! Thanks again! 👍

Bruce and his team at Bytek Collision did an excellent job to repair my Tiguan! Someone hit and run my vehicle. Damaged the drivers side mirror and door which needed to be replaced. Insurance paid for that repair. But I also had a dented right rear quarter panel damaged due to flying debris. Which was also fixed at NO COST to me. They went above and beyond. Even did a exterior detail and the interior detail. It was like I was buying a new Tiguan again! A+++

As a business owner and father my son has been dealing with Franco at Bytek. I can tell you that I dropped off my son's car the other day after they did some work and car still has a small problem , I went in already upset with all that said with dealing with Franco he was very professional courteous understanding and most of all he made me feel comfortable and reassured me that all will be well within a very short time frame this speaks volumes to me as a business owner this is the kind of people that I want working for me , the customer first above all so once again thank you Franco.

There may be bigger or fancier looking VW dealerships in the city. But if you want to deal with honest and knowledgeable folks who treat you right when it actually matters, Bytek is #1. There are no mind games or hidden fees. Tim, Jennifer, Lesley, Amanda, and everyone is a pleasure to deal with. I'm very pleased with my GTI purchase here
