To start, I tried calling the service phone number from the website. It took 11 attempts to get a hold of someone when calling. The company I currently work for currently has 5 vehicles from this location. I contacted service as we have an issue with one of the vehicles that currently has a check engine light on. I spoke with a service advisor and told him that we were able to scan the code but could not find the detail of it. I provided the code to the advisor and was told to google it to get the answer. I tried to find it and multiple results came up so i asked for confirmation. The service advisor told me that it would find it on google and there was nothing he could do. I then asked to verify if the unit was under warranty. I provided the VIN information and milage. The service advisor told me that it should be under warranty. I asked for confirmation and was told "I think it is under warranty". I asked if it could be verified and was told that he can not verify it is under warranty. Overall I did not verify any of the information I was looking for. The advisor I spoke with did not seem to care at all for the questions that I was asking, nor wanted to help provide any service. Extremely disappointing when calling a service department and not getting any assistance. I have the service advisor's name and out of respect will not post it publicly, however I do hope that their ethic improves and they become able to provide a better service to their customers.

I bought a Volkswagen Taos a short while ago. The car is very comfortable and drives perfect! The customer service at the Bytek branch is great. The dealer, Daniel, was understanding and explained everything to us in detail. I am glad I have this car as my first brand new one!

Tim in used cars is great! He was very responsive, knew his stuff, and worked hard to get me the car I wanted! Andy the sales manager was also very helpful and accommodating. The process was very smooth and I love my new car. I have no experience with the service side of the dealership and will return for another review if it's less than 5 stars. Thanks Tim and the Bytek crew!

Great service, honest business. The dealership was willing to order and deliver a brand new manual transmission Jetta to us, while others claimed that no such cars are made anymore. Thank you, Bytek VW!

I spent a lot of time in dealerships trying to find the right car for me and Bytek knocked this out of the park. Tim G. was awesome to work with from start to finish. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable - he guided me on a great test drive that allowed me to appreciate all the car had to offer in terms of features and performance. The team was able to get me into a brand new GLI in under a week's time. Tim and the finance team were detailed and helpful throughout the financing process and there were no high-pressure tactics, bait-and-switches, or other strange moments through the process. The team was responsive throughout and I have no doubt that if I reached out to them tomorrow I would receive a prompt reply. Upon delivery, I was walked through everything I needed to know about the car and the contract, and had my phone set-up to the VW app. As somebody who was previously loyal to Toyota and Honda, the Bytek experience combined with the excellent, fun to drive characteristics of the VW GLI have converted me to the other side.
