After years of driving different Volkswagens it was time for my very first brand new one. After shopping around the city at various other dealers , once’s I started shopping at Bytek is was nothing but amazing. My sales advisor Tim was extremely knowledgeable and had great understanding of figuring out my needs and want we’re. I have mixed feeling about my experience. My sales person was not knowledgeable. He gave me lots of wrong information. On the other hand the manager honored what was promised. So I wouldn’t deal with the sales guy until he is well trained. He pretended to know the information and I almost didn’t Buy my car because of that.
