( I’ve reported them to OMVIC). Very nice experience while buying my vehicle, nothing but a nightmare afterwards. They said they would tint my vehicle as part of the deal(they did not) they still haven’t gave me my deposit back( it’s been a month). No one will take my calls. I leave voicemails with no return. Very unprofessional. I have overspray on my truck from the line x they put on and they still haven’t resolved it. Will never go back to Dilawri and I suggest you don’t either

Classic Salesman's who say anything to make a sale. They call me saying my brand new vehicle is ready for pick up. I drive 1 hour and 30mins to pick it up. Upon pick up I Noticed parts weren’t installed on it as agreed in contract. Took over a month of constantly calling them to finally get the parts. Once finally at the dealership it took from 8am to 530pm and still goin just to install a wiring harness. I’m from out of town and wasted my day waiting… unprofessional. I expected better.

I just picked picked up a super nice Jeep Overland at Dilawri. I dealt mostly with Bader for this purchase and it was obvious he was working hard towards a most pleasant delivery. I will likely be back for next purchase!

Just a horrible experience with this dealership. Bought a truck and they made me wait 18 days for it. Leaving me stranded. Then tell me it’s ready for noon. And make me wait 2 more hours for the truck. So many reasons why this was a really horrible experience. Form sales to finance to the completely useless parts department. What should have been a fun and exciting experience for me turned out to be an extremely frustrating time.
