Once of the worst experience i ever had witnessed in Canada. Their finance department guy was really rude does not know how to communicate with people. I would never recommend this place to anyone.They don’t care about customers the only concern they have is with client’s money.

By far one of the easiest buying experiences I have ever been through. Staff were knowledgeable of the vehicles we test drove (often this isn't the case). Walk around and full of details before the test drive. Took all our needs and wants into account. Once it was time to make the purchase the process was so simple and clear. No hidden information, everything was straight up and honest. Outstanding client service, which is one of the things we look for in a dealer. Second time buying through Dilawri group and they continue to impress. Vehicle delivery was by far the most thorough walk through I have ever had on a vehicle. Sales rep walked us through all the vehicle features and options, had us test everything in the vehicle and answered all our questions. So impressed....they made it so simple.

I don't normally write reviews, but after coming to this page and seeing others undergo similar situations I felt it necessary to share my story. I truly believe that businesses can learn and better themselves by reviewing what their clients write, and this story is something that needs to be brought to future potential customers attention along with whomever runs/operates this location. I have forwarded a much longer write up onto the head of the business, but for others just know that I had purchased a vehicle on a trade in of my 2022 and had nothing but issues after I had received my vehicle due to body work not being completed. The staff there have no idea how to communicate with one another, and their clients are given the run around. To put it into simple words I purchased a vehicle in April, had to have it returned there 3 times and still to this day do not have my vehicle. On top of that I was charged $650 for a rental that was not supposed to be at my expense, have underwent a lot of stress and have been left with a very distasteful view on their company. You would think that someone in management would see a review like this, call and resolve but I highly doubt that will be the case given the situation I have endured over the last 3 months.

I went to Dilawri on Hunt Club a week ago and I am driving a new to me vehicle! Great personable service from Husini, Khalid and Naymat. They were very professional from the test drive through to the end of explaining the vehicle's features and handing over the keys. Kudos to the whole team! Cheers, Monique

The most stupidest encounter I’ve had at this Chrysler, the GM Bruce is the most idiotic manager I ever encountered to run a place this big. What a idiot. I don’t think he has figured out his job yet.

After buying several Chrysler Pacifica’s from different dealerships i decided to try these guys out and I can tell you that it was the best decision I ever made in choosing a dealership. They were super efficient, nice, friendly down to earth kinda people. Super helpful with all my needs. Placing the order bam bam Delivery which in my experience with all my new cars is always a couple of hours where they try to up sell you more from extended warranty to rust proof, lower rates etc etc not these guys. Delivery here super fast, efficient and only 20-30 minutes. Can’t help but mention some great great guys Armando, Bruce and Khalid not only helped with the order placement and all throughout delivery but even after. Most of the dealership once you get the new car you’re on your own, well, not these guys. From now on this is my new place to go for all my and my family needs.
