My sales rep Paul Chapman made the buying process easy but everything changed afterwards. Once the sale was done my experience changed. Paul wouldn't really respond anymore and when he did, just vague responses. My wife and I were also offered a free oil change due the 3 day delay in delivery of our truck. When we tried to collect this he kept ignoring us. I guess at the end of the day the only thing that matters to a dealership is sales. So much for customer satisfaction.
