UPDATE: I have responded to Dilawri's comment below and emailed the provided email address about my issue. I have not received a response as of yet, and will update this review with details once I do. For now, my review below remains valid: -------- I've had a really rough expirence with their service department - for now, I really can't recommend anyone use them. After my wife had a terrible expirence with the shop, I called to try to get a handle on why we were charged for a few things (long diag fees for simple, pre-explained issued). Eventually came to an agreement with the service manager and was happy to move forward ordering parts and having them installed. Fast forward nearly a month and i'm still waiting on parts, and have tried countless times to reach the service manager I initially talked to, but they are apparently never in the office and won't call me back when I leave messages. I'm at a loss for what to do considering the parts just seem to continually be delayed and the manager wont call me back so I can't even confirm if our original agreement still stands. To date, my expirence has been sketchy at best dealing with their service and I am quite unhappy. I'd love the opportunity to get some clarity on where things stand but it doesn't seem to be happening.

I purchased a dodge ram 2500 big horn diesel truck from dilawri and a brand new jeep wagoneer. We also were talked into extended warranty on both vehicles. The guy who talked us into it promised that should there be any issues mechancially ( as long as covered under warranty) that we would get a comparable rental vehicle. This was a lie. 2 days after I brought my truck home, it stopped running. We called dilawri and they had a tow truck come out and bring the vehicle to capital dodge as the tow was going to be too expensive to bring it back to dilawri. The truck stayed at capital dodge for weeks. After the first day we called about getting rental. We were told there were none available. We asked if dilawri would provide us with any vehicle in the meantime. They said they would try, but never called me back. I had to call them daily for updates, and we never did get a rental. After multiple phone calls, they decided to simply not respond to me at all. I got the contact information for for one of the managers ( Khal) as he was personally going to over see that everything went smoothly getting my truck back. Finally the work was completed. I picked my truck up. Within a few weeks I noticed a burning smell coming from the truck. So decided to send it back in again. I asked about a rental and was given the same answer as before. We will try. Then, ghosted once again. Got the truck serviced and picked it up. About a month later, ran into the same burning smell and steering was off ( loose ). I called chrysler and told them I need it seen again. So I dropped it off on a Monday. Part way through the week they called and said the part was installed. However now it appears they have the same problem on the other side ( power steering pump ). And that our warranty denied this part as it was too expensive. Instead, the warranty place found a used part and shipped it to chrylser. Now it has been two weeks. I have called the manager Khal multiple times and left voicemail and texts. I called again yesterday, and he didn't answer. But messaged back asking if he could call me back because he was having lunch lol. This is a week after my first voicemail. I still do not have a rental. I use this truck as my income. It has been problem after problem and Dilawri couldn't care less. Can't even call me back to discuss their employee flat out lying to our faces. They have our money now, so they do not care anymore. I can't write out everything that went on as it will take too long. But it has been a nightmare since the day I purchased my truck. And none of the dilawri employees have done anything to rectify this. Not even a call back when I leave multiple voicemail asking for some help. I am filing a complaint over this. But feel it necessary to warn anyone thinking to shop at dilawri. They may smile when you first walk in the door, but once they have your money they will cut you off completely. I have lost well over 15,000 dollars with this truck being in service as long as it has. And I can't even get a phone call. They do not stand behind their products, and I promise you they do not care about anything other than getting your money. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again, and I would proceed with extreme caution taking your business there. We spent $150,000 dollars with the two vehicles and warranty. And got a lemon on return and absolutely zero help from dilawri.

I have never experienced such terrible service in all my years of working in the industry. The timeline it has taken to pick up two vehicles has been beyond painful. From beginning to end with my driver's leaving with filthy vehicles has been an eye opener. We will never use their service department for any of our vehicles and I most certainly would NOT refer a retail customer over to this dealership at Hunt Club. DISASTER !!!!!

Worst dealership I have ever done business with. After not being able to deliver the vehicle I was to buy, I still cannot get my deposit back. Called and emailed a number of their managers and sales rep. on several occasions but to no avail after two months. Extremely frustrating to have to resort to the small claims court to get my money back. Buyer beware!

Havent given me any details of their diagnostic on my truck and have nit responded to any of my calls or messages or emails. I simply wanted a quote as promised for the work needed which i payed for diagnostic. Thinking they did nothing and gave me a could be this could be that answer. Also strange my truck minus 15 litres in gas.

Stopped by to look at the inventory with the intention to look into purchasing a 6 spd manual wrangler. I was approached by a salesperson who told me that it was impossible since jeep no longer built wranglers with manual transmissions and that i was out of luck and should learn to drive automatics. I made sure to look into this aspect PRIOR to coming by. Dont think i will return as this shows the staff lack of knowledge on their own products.
