I recently had the opportunity to work with Service Manager Keith Black at Delawri Dodge, and I must say that my experience was absolutely outstanding. Fromthe moment I walked into the service department, Keith greeted me with a friendly smile and made me feel instantly at ease. He exuded a high level of professionalism and knowledge, and it was clear that he takes great pride in his role. One ofthe standout qualities of Keith as a service manager is his exceptional communication skills. He patiently listened to all my concerns and questions and provided me with clear and concise explanations. Keith took the time to ensure that I fully understood the maintenance options available to me, and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with the decisions I was making. He effectively communicated the timelines and costs associated with the service, leaving no room for surprises or confusion. Keith's attention to detail is truly commendable. I came to here for recall my vehicle and my car stop on the way and that’s happened if they recall not fix it whatever same day they told me we can not do the recall because the engine not working and they doesn’t fix that problem from inside engine from the recall do it and they give me a number to contact for the his boss from United Street I called him. I still waiting for long time after that I wanna pick up my vehicle and he told me he won’t charge me for check my vehicle brother the people are not stupid. I bring the vehicle for a recall not for check but you can’t do it because engine not working but of course you know how to charge after that, they ask me about the case number maybe for charge the company anyway, the Dodge not good company for customer service. I will see another cars but of course not dodge

I was planning to upgrade my Pacifica 2017 to newer one the reason I changed my mind is the bad service my car had recall from last January I booked 2 appointment after drop off my car they called me back we are sorry we still not get the spare part come take your car back once we get it we will call you .last time I did service to my car was on last May and left note regarding the recall until today didn't hear back from them I think best way to solve my problem by sending email to Chrysler or make officially complain.

Their slogan, "nobody deals like Dilawri" is completely false. Went in to see about a vehicle and did not have a good experience, and they weren't willing to move on their prices at all. Moved on to another dealer and found sales people who actually wanted to sell a vehicle.

Salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful however estimates on trade in values and new vehicle price differences were not discussed until after a lengthy dog and pony show which can end up being a complete waste of time. Pressure from "managers" to jump on a "good deal" is a turn off.

so my family's jeep was stolen so we went to this dealership to get a new car. All was good until they had a million excuses to why we could get the jeep. Then it has scratches on it so they need to fix it, then someone rear ended it, it’s been over a month and a bit, we are waiting for all this stuff to be fixed, the sales reps are sending our calls to voice mail with no answer. Worse thing is they have a deposit of ours and the money for some of the additional stuff added to the jeep . Avoid this place at all cost
