My sister purchased a Toyota SUV from Paul Chapman at Dilawri. Going to the dealership can be super intimidating, Paul is the complete opposite of what you think about when you think car sales person. This is who you want your daughter to buy their first car from. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. I also want to shout out Bader in Finance for turning our initial experience with their finance department. Thank you Paul and Bader for the great experience.

Zero customer service. Won’t pick up my phone calls told me 3 different dates I could pick up the van i bought all 3 came and went and still no van. Go anywhere else if you can

I was recently in for an oil change and I was very pleased with the whole experience. From the drive-in drop off to completion, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The system is very organized and streamlined. I was able to wait while the work as being done, but they offer Uber for service appointments that will take longer.

In 2018 I purchased a brand new dodge ram 1500 classic from this location. My buying and selling experience was not a good experience for me. I asked about what my car would be worth but made it clear my intent was to merely see what it would be worth but I was not planning on selling it. The old guy who showed me the truck and drew up the paperwork did it with adding my car in the sale. When I brought this up he gave me a real impression that selling my car to the dealership was the best option- calling my no scraches 2014 chevrolet cruze LT "old and not worth much". So in terms of a 'salesman' he was successful in persuasion HOWEVER he did this by lying about my vehicle and my purchasing vehicle which I am not ok with. The sticker showing vehicle information posted on the window was removed before picking the vehicle up after I asked them not to remove it. This year I found out why, the vehicle information posted on the window was not accurate with the vehicle I purchased. So I am rather frustrated with this experience still to this day. Another issue is when I pump gas into the truck, the angle of the gas pump neck is too steep (obviously did not know this when I bought it). After my research I have come to realize this has been a problem since 2015 yet they keep pushing sales of the vehicle with no signs of fixing this issue. Overall, I am quite displeased paying for a $50,000 truck that is not only wrong with features and amenities, but that I have to stand out in -25° for upwards of 30 min to fuel the truck. As consumers- we expect at least a BASE level of commitment from the seller when choosing a vehicle. I don't see why I should pay this much money to have ANY issues. I am interested to read what can be done to rectify this overall terrible experience.

Take your wallet elsewhere. Despite an appointment, the car was not gassed up, so we sat on the curb waiting for the sales rep to return. Not a good sales rep, he made us feel like an afterthought, unimportant. (despite being the only customers in the building) They should consider detailing their used cars before taking customers on test drives, gross.
