Not happy with there service, it's been two weeks and I'm still waiting for the second key to my new car, the salesman Dante and the manager Ribbie will not return my calls

The service manager (Keith Black) is gold. He and his staff seem genuinely concerned to help and rectify any issues, as soon as possible. However, they are also honest with each situation. It may be disappointing to hear when you have issues with your vehicle, but you want to know to facts and the options. I appreciate knowing what the deal is and not to have smoke blown up my behind. Exactly what great customer service should be IMO.

Always a pleasure to deal with Dalawri dodge on hunt club we bought our truck from them 2 years ago now they always treat us great and never issues when we take our truck into service! There always fast and professional when we take our truck in to service every few months! Highly recommend this dealer and service department!

Receptionist is so rude and unprofessional when I called this evening. I called back to get a hold of the manager and she wouldn’t pick up the phone. I called 5 times and no answer. I had to call the parts department and the nice gentleman picked up and gladly helped me. This receptionist is giving this dealership a bad reputation. She needs to find another job where she doesn’t deal with the public…..

Recently purchased a vehicle from here and worked with Laz. The five stars is a reflection of my experience with him. He was knowledgeable and honest - which is something you don’t always get from a car salesman. If you’re looking to buy a car here, I would strongly recommend working with him. I will say be careful in finance as they were extremely pushy with up-selling the warranty, even after I said no several times.
