The new ownership here is building a big new shop on the North end of St Albert but outside of that all the stuff that used to make this a great dealership seems to be gone. Phoned them over 2 weeks ago looking for a new truck. Talked to the salesman and gave him full particulars, he was to check and call me back. To date, nothing, nada, butkess for a response. After no response in a week, found one somewhere else after one call. Gave the salesman the same info, he called me back in an hour with the information I was looking for. Used to deal at St Albert Dodge, not any more.

I recently traded in my old jeep for a new one and while I was cranky at first trying to accomplish what I needed to do before a night shift and a bit of phone tag once the staff realized I had very little time to finish everything the staff was amazing! I got a really great deal and they worked to keep me in my budget, Jay rushed everything he could to get everything done before I had to get to work.Jerry got everything on the paperwork end finished in record time and they had my vehicle brought in within 2 days plus I still made it to work on time!! Stephen has been great since it arrived and overall it's been a very positive experience dealing with st.albert dodge and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle or a good service center.
