3 weeks ago, I was out with my friend, taking his ex to an appointment in St. Albert. Needing to kill about an hour, we went to St. Albert Dodge to kick some tires... While there, we met Steven Riley, one of the salesmen there. Knowing we were just killing time, he nevertheless took the time to shoot the bull with us. I will admit, I was kind of looking to get out of the van I was in, and was KINDA looking, but after the experience I had in the past, I was really disillusioned with the car buying experience (a dealership on the north side of Edmonton had REALLY taken advantage of my mom and I). I told Steven my story, and he immediately referred me to the finance department for information, NOT to buy a car, but just for advice. Well, 3 week later, a LOT of hard work on the part of Steven Riley, Kevin Genest and the rest of the staff at St. Albert Dodge, and I'm in a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Altitude that is EXACTLY what I wanted, with an interest rate I NEVER thought I would qualify for, and couldn't be happier! If anyone out there is thinking of buying a vehicle, go see Steven Riley at St. Albert Dodge. The staff there is second to none, they're friendly compassionate, and GOD DAMNED honest!!!

Purchased a truck here in 2012, way late on the review here as I never submitted. They did all aftermarket work and said they would honour all warranty. ECM went at 44,000km and they wouldn’t warranty. Then I was out over $2000 after getting the most expensive “bumper to bumper” warranty. If you buy a truck here just don’t get the warranty, good prices but don’t honour warranty when they lift and delete trucks. However they had just been changing management so I raised the stars to what I had before, it could be much better now.
