Geez!!! Where to start!! From the moment we walked into the dealership to when we purchased & left with a 2018 Demo Grand Cherokee to when we brought it back 4 days later and left with a brand new Grand Cherokee, I can"t begin to tell you how friendly, professional and accommodating these guys were!! And it wasn't just our salesperson Quentin Watkins we were dealing with. We ended up dealing with both Sales Managers Matt & Jay then in Service Dan & Searle and finally Jerry Joseph. These guys without sounding ridiculous are fantastic!! I can't say enough about this dealership except "If you need to buy a vehicle or need service done on your vehicle go to St Albert Dodge!!" They will treat you great and you will get exactly what you want at an absolutely great price!! Thank you you have a customer for life!!

I was treated like royalty! Service is second to none! Even if I wanted a Chevy I would have this dealership bring it in! The whole team is amazing but Adam Fayad went above and beyond his “job” and I truly feel like family!

Took my truck in to get a recall done. Asked if they could do a tire rotation but they denied because I had a box camper on and it could not be put on the hoist. They refused to jack the truck up saying it would take too long. I took the truck home and jacked it up myself. It took me 45 minutes. Seems to me that they didn't want to do a small job such as this because they were too lazy and only want to do jobs that make them big $$$. Tina at the service counter was rude and dismissed me when I tried to ask more questions. I will not be taking my vehicle here for anything in the future. Will potentially take my truck into Edmonton to avoid this place.
