I had a great experience while at Jonker. I was dealing with Tim who made me feel really comfortable. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back to see him when I am ready to buy my new Honda. Thank you Tim and I'll see you soon :)

My first contact with Jonker Honda was on the phone, chatting with salesperson Thomas Chang, to enquire about a used VW Golf on their lot. He was friendly and helpful. Unbeknownst to me, my husband met Thomas in person earlier that day when he went to check the car out. He was also impressed by Thomas. When my son and I visited Jonker Honda to see the car, Thomas greeted us outside. The car was being detailed and so he made sure we were warm and comfortable inside - enjoying a hot drink - while we waited to test drive the car. Later that day we made an offer - on our son's behalf - and felt we got a fair price on the car. We finalized our purchase the following day (once again Thomas greeted us outside). As our son was buying this car on his own, we felt Thomas made the process very simple and straight-forward. He was professional, friendly, and communicated each stage of the process well. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thomas Chang.
