Buying a Dodge Journey from this dealership was the biggest waste of money. I paid the extra money for the rust prevent, under coating, paint and leather and my vehicle was given to me with paint chips on the front bumper that weren’t showed till it had been washed and when I showed concern they just gave me a touch up pen. I had an after market DVD player put in and again nothing but problems. The screws scratched my sunroof cover then the DVD player wouldn’t work, it fell off the ceiling, and when I took it for them to fix it they told me a fuse was blown so they hooked it up to a different one. It’s now coming loose again. Had to get a new battery, had to get my air conditioning fixed on one side, my Bluetooth no longer works, my head light is falling out and there is rust bubbling the paint under my door handle and multiple small rust spots. I have had this vehicle for 2 years this summer. I do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.

Had a unique problem with a truck from a different manufacturer and Adam at St. Albert Dodge made the transaction into a new 2019 Dodge Ram seamless and very enjoyable! I can thank him and the dealership enough for there outstanding customer service, compassion and listening needs of the customer! Hats off to you and thank you for helping a veteran.

After getting unexpected news that my car was no longer in great shape, I went to see Rob at St. Albert Dodge and am so happy with my new vehicle!!! As it was my first time purchasing through a dealership, Rob made the experience great! Not pushy, made sure I was getting the best deal and that the vehicle was the right fit for me!! Definitely recommending him to everyone I know and will be back to see him for my next vehicle!

Still the only dodge place I go for service on my trucks. I drive 4.5 hrs jus to have them service and repair my trucks.

Okay okay, I know I have already done this. But after Matt Dufour helped me find my Jeep Wrangler. He notified us the minute the Jeep Gladiator came in knowing how badly my partner wanted it. And what happened? Well, Ty got the first one in Edmonton!! I can not say enough good things about Matt Dufour. He connects with everyone he helps as he has a true passion for Jeep! It's amazing being able to get advice from someone who truly knows all the bonuses of having one!!! I have been a part of a lot of vehicle purchases, in the last 12 months I have been a part of 4 now! And well they were a stressful headache for the first two. But when I went to St.Albert Dodge they explained everything BOTH times and helped us find the perfect fit for us!!! I won't be going anywhere else for a vehicle (it helps that I will forever be a jeep owner!!) Thank you Matt Dufour for helping two people find their perfect first Jeeps!!!!
