I just purchased my 4th vehicle from St.Albert Dodge but the circumstances we're a little unusual with this purchase. Through a series of unfortunate circumstances I found myself with a vehicle that did not meet the requirements I originally purchased it for. Where other dealerships would have said tough luck for you the sales team at St Albert Dodge....namely Adam and Brad worked out a deal for me that got me out of a very complicated situation that could have cost me thousands. It was one of those situations where you imagine a best case scenario to get out of a pickle and it happens! That doesn't happen every day. Can't say enough about the way they came through for me.

I bought both of my cars here. The first one had no trouble and the second did. But there was a very nice man named Jim in the service department and he has said he will help me sort it out.

Chad and Kevin were awesome! Chad especially went above and beyond to find the exact Wrangle we wanted, and Kevin put in all the extra time and effort to get us the best financing option possible. Both of them made for the best dealership experience I have had, and I have had a lot of dealership experience!

Sales team lied to me, and the general manager lied to me. All dealers are crooks, but these guys stepped it up to another level. Won't be dealing with them again.

Good car buying experience...Terry the sales consultant who helped us buy our 2019 Grand Caravan RT was very accommodating,and not over whelming which is great when buying a vehicle and bringing your kids. I live an hour away from the dealership and never felt as if I was wasting my time. I most definitely will go back to this Dealership again and recommend it to my friends and family, just cause of the sales service from Terry our sales consultant and Jerry the Business manager.
