I just brought my New Ram 1500 Sport at South Trail Chrysler. Brandon was my salesman. He done an amazing job get the truck I want with the price I need. I felt no pressure from Brandon. He made sure that I was looked after to the fullest. I have had my truck for almost a week now and Brandon is still in contact with me to make sure everything is going good. So my DEF system froze up I problem i know so many have had, called this dealership and they got me in straight away, assuring me it was covered under my warranty. Dropped it off at 0845 where I was met by Jenn Schielke fleet advisor, she reassured me that it would be all sorted out today. A very helpful young lady who gave me lots of info about all the services they can provide in regard to my DEF and other concerns re warranty issues. Next the Tech came out and took the time to go through what he was going to do. Full diagnostic, Flash upgrade to software and install a new pump. Plus he said the open recall for the tailgate latch would be done at the same time. They dropped me home, and 3 hrs later i got a call from Jenn it was all done ready to pick up total cost $0.00 couldn't be happier with the service. My last dealership in Okotoks were just rip off merchants, these guys seems honest and do what they say there going to do. Thanks Jenn will be in touch soon to book my next service.
