Recently purchased a new vehicle from Brandon. He was excellent to deal with. At no point in my dealings with him did I feel like he was trying to sneak something past me, and he was able to get me answers to my many questions in a timely fashion. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. The dealership is fairly large, easy to get to, and has a good selection. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Terrible service with employees that lie and scam people into vehicles that they know are garbage and then when people try and trade them back in the offer an insulting trade in value so your options are unacceptable, they will lie about getting rid of your negative equity by getting you into a vehicle that's not what you wanted, the employees are also rude and pushy and use all kinds of sleezy sales techniques to trick you into a vehicle your unhappy with and then leave you stuck in it because they know they can't make anymore money of it than they did from you For anyone considering buying a vehicle from here, DONT DO IT, they will stick you in something your not happy with and when you go back for a trade in they will magically not be able to do anything they promised they would originally

Used to like this place, but you’re only as good as your last deal. Bought a 2018 Limited Tungsten and could not get the Uconnect remote service to work, the service department finally got it to work after 7 frustrating months but it quit again 3 weeks later. I made no secret that if I didn’t get what I paid for, I would like a truck that does work and expect a good will deal. The numbers were insulting, offering me well below black book value on the truck with only 8500 km on it!! And the “discount “ on the new vehicle was not what I was expecting at all. I have purchased 3 vehicles here, but never again. Went to another dealership and within an hour made a deal that was exactly what I was expecting from STC I like the service dept. But I will never buy another vehicle from here again. *Response to the below; You need to listen to your clients and your own staff. This was not an “emerging technology “ issue, I had the ONLY one that didn’t work and every component in the truck was changed, some parts twice. I had and have unending faith in the service department that they did everything short of ripping the wiring harnesses out of that truck to fix it. If there’s a deep seated problem in the heart of that system, who would want to keep it? You had an opportunity to remedy the situation by giving me the best deal possible on a replacement truck with me having the full knowledge that no matter what deal you gave me, I was going to loose money. You failed...miserably If you want to discuss this further, you know exactly how to reach me, don’t expect me to put the effort into emailing you.

Hi Rex! It's unfortunate that this radio experience soured your overall view of our dealership even after having purchased three vehicles from us. We'd be lying if we said that every vehicle is perfectly built but with emerging technology come the occasional troubleshooting that we have to endure with the customer. We get that it is not the same as you bear the brunt of the inconvenience but we do as best we can to repair issues and will go the extra length to contact the manufacturer to troubleshoot with them as best as we can but even that strategy sometimes fails us when there is no immediate fix. Update: we were scammed here, We traded in our 2016 fully loaded jeep patriot for a damaged base model 2015 Ram 1500 with promises from south trail that after 9 months of no missed payments that the 2018-19 truck we were in would eliminate enough of our negative equity to get into any vehicle that we wanted, today we found out that was all lies and that the only offer they could make us was a 2017 van, so they scanmed us into believing we would get a better trade in on the truck and then when we came back they were nothing but rude and ignorant and the most terrible customer service i have ever experienced If you do anything eith your life, dont let it be buying a vehicle through these criminal My boyfriend and I just recently tradoed in our Jeep patriot for a Ram 1500, we dealt with Jessica and from the start she was nothing but great and even once we got to finance Roger was beyond great to deal with as well ! Very happy with our experience and how above and beyond they went to make every thing work for us! :)
