Was looking to buy my first new car and ended up at the dealership and worked with Brad to find the perfect fit. He was very knowledgable, and was easy to talk to with and created a no pressure atmosphere while I was weighing all my options. Was able to give him a budget and he went above and beyond to find me the best deal he could. Would recommend to anyone looking to get into a new or used vehicle at least go and check in with Brad and his team to help you get into your new car. Thanks brad and the Southtrail Chrysler team!

Part 2, If I had a choice I would have several years again walked out and went to East Side Dodge, although extremely out of my way, the work ethic would have been worth the trip. My new car was in an accident, 124 Fiat Spyder, and was deemed a write off. Having full replacement insurance, South Trail was tasked by my insurance company with the simplest of tasks. They were asked for a quote for a 2019 model with the same equipment and mode I had originally purchased. I should have known after arriving there something would go wrong when the first thing about of the sales managers mouth was " are you going to edit or take down my Google review"? I didn't plan 9n it as I'm just informing people to stay away to avoid all the trouble I did. This wasn't the first accident to my car the first was 3 months after I bought it and a staff member either drive it or a truck backed into it. Still unclear. To finish my final review, they screwed up the quote, it was on the base model, did not take into account the difference I the 2019 trim levels, the difference was over 12000.00.thats a huge difference. That dealership that I will NEVER GO TO AGAIN, was about to screw me over one last time. They couldn't do the simplest task, double check it as it would have had a 12000 loss to my replacement fee. I went to Easide Dodge, they were fantastic, they did up the quote with me, we made sure everything was double checked, sent it off. I will go back and purchase a vehicle through them. I honestly am unsure how a company has over looked the blatant un professional team at South Tower. I am writing them a letter, showing them the mistakes made from beginning to now. I just don't understand how one place could so miss managed, clearly there leadership has no vested interest in success, improvement, and serving the loyal customers of FCG. By far the absolute worse dealership I have ever dealt with. The one thing you can count on is that if it can go wrong it will go wrong. The sales persons have little knowledge of their product. Other staff put down their own company and dealership. Service is disjointed, loaner cars are filthy. Staff stand around talking at the front when there are clearly things to do. This all boils down to very poor leadership and accountability. I loath any time I have to speak or go to this dealer. It is the most frustrating experience I have EVER had.

I had purchased a RAM truck from Brad almost 2 years ago. I came back last week as just wasn’t happy with it. This was no fault of Brad’s as I needed to buy the truck for other reasons. He was very helpful in getting the best trade in value he could get me so I could get back into a Wranlger where I would be the most happy. I was go glad to see Brad was still at South Trail as he remembered me immediately which was a nice. I would recommend Brad to anyone!
