The sales manager is a condescending bone head! Trying to speak to me like I have no clue how to purchase a truck and try to do everything to up sell on something I don't want or need. I don't need a truck with a tow package! Listen to you customers; you'd get more business! I feel really bad for the sales staff..... That's who they are leaning from! "There is no such thing as bad teams Only bad leaders!" I'll go see Chevy GMC! They'll listen to what I need and want.

Very nice location and comfortable to deal with South Trail Chrysler. Brad the sales representative was very accommodating and made us a very good deal on our Dodge Grand Caravan. Would buy there again.

I purchased my vehicle somewhere else. It had its usual almost quarterly recall repair (I am shocked at how frequent these are and for serious issues). I decided to go to this location because it is close to my home and was very Impressed. Their service was friendly and fast (unlike the other dealership). The facility is clean and they have a fun area for the children to play. I will be returning to them whenever I need to visits a Chrysler dealership.

I came in for a new fully equipped Ram Sport. Mark Gacek was recommended by a friend and was a pleasure to deal with. Brittney in finance was also very professional and easy to deal with. Maria did a great job showing me all the new tech that came with the truck. Overall a great experience, but I knew it would be since South Trail Dodge was where I had the servicing done on my later model dodge. These people really go above and beyond. Steph
