Thanks Honda Jonker for a great experience with our recent Honda CRV purchase. Tim was amazing - helpful, patient, thorough and a genuinely great guy. We received stellar service throughout the entire sales process - it was such a positive experience. We highly recommend Tim Gallo and Jonker Honda.

I purchased a CUV from Jonker in September, 2016. 2012 CRV, Touring. I looked for a CUV at a Honda dealership because I'm not a car expert and thought the CUV would be safer than buying off Craigslist from a private seller. I particularly liked the way Jonker does things because they say their process is more transparent. Their prices reflect the value of the vehicle. I trusted them--my mistake. I forgot the golden rule, don't trust a used car salesman. So even though I was honest with them about what was going on mechanically with my car (for trade-in purposes) and received recognition for my honesty, I didn't get the straight goods in return. No where on the paperwork does it state that there is a small dent on the back tailgate or that the trim around the driver side mirror is damaged beyond repair. To fix this issue I have to purchase a new mirror and have it painted to match my car. This is not an easy nor inexpensive fix for me. Unfortunately, I decided to look at the car myself rather than have an unbiased expert look at the car. Another stupid mistake as I missed seeing both the dent and the wrecked mirror trim until it was too late. Then, to add insult to injury, when I went to pick up the car, one week after I put down my deposit, after the car was transferred into my name and after the insurance was moved from my old car I learned that there was only one key. The former lease holder was supposed to bring in the spare key but hadn't done it as yet. I waited two weeks and then had to pay an exorbitant amount for a chip key and programming ($125?). Does anyone know how to get the "Jonker" letters off the back of my car? I don't want to advertise for these guys.

We do extensive reconditioning on all our Used Cars, unfortunately we do not fix them to be in Like New Condition. That means in your case that we do not remove every dent or scratch that could be on a 4 year old car, nor do we fix every defect. We do guarantee that the car will be Certified Safe. We also did not advertise, nor tell you that this vehicle comes with Two Keys.
