I haven't been car shopping in years, and found it interesting that this dealer doesn't offer test drives in a demonstrator.

Hello Mr. McDonald. Sorry for any confusion during your visit. You came in looking for a Cherokee Trailhawk, and then asked if we had any demonstrators. We currently do not have any Trailhawk demos, but if we did, we certainly would have been happy to let you drive it. The only demonstrators we have are trucks. Your sales representative asked if there was anything else that might interest you, or if you would like to test drive anything, to which you declined. You simply wanted to have a seat in one, and your turned on the engine. We appreciate the feedback.

I am not take my vehicle there again. They have lost my trust, respect and business. My Warranty expired during the pandemic for something that they miss diagnosed. It took weeks to get an appointment. They should be ashamed of themselves

Always contradicting information, RUDE mechanic staff. Unfortunately will have to continue taking it to this garage due to getting a warranty. I do not recommend this place at all. Did I mention how RUDE they are? Also tried to swindle me into getting more fixed then actually needed. Always out to make a buck at the customers expense. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

This is the second vehicle I have purchaced and the staff Chris I dealt with was very great. He answered all my questions and took time to allow me to test drive a frw vehicles before I found what I really liked. As for the finance tram well Tony was great as well and literally got me a great deal. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to go there Thanks again I love my new 2022 Jeep Charokee sport
