By far worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Do not recommend this place to anyone. Originally made an appointment due to a brake I had sticking. Was in the Kingston area so made an appointment, worst decision. The most they had to do was release the rear caliper, grease the pins and reset the brakes. Not what happened. They took my vehicle in. Without even disassembling the mechanic brought me into the shop and moved the tire. It spun with some resistance. He then proceeded to point at the rotors that had little surface rust on them and said I needed all new pads and rotors on my rears. My vehicle only has 35,000 kms on it and is not very old. After some back and forth with them, they basically held my vehicle hostage saying I needed to get new brakes. I was on my own and had no support. They also made me do a brake flush cause he said it would have heated up the fluid. The most he should have done was bleed the lines a little. Ever since then my steering on the vehicle has been stiff. They should not have been anywhere near the steering fluid. I later check and they had lowered the steering fluid from the factory level down to just below the minimal level. Steering is a bit better now but still not back to normal, still diagnosing. When the mechanic took the vehicle for a test drive after all that work, I was watching him leave and come back and was very upset with how fast and aggressive he was driving my vehicle. Separate from when he did the break in procedure. $1,200 later I wish I never set foot into this location. Couldn't be more unhappy, extremely upset. Typical dealer scamming for money.

Throught my process I dealt with steve and ryan. Both were very excellent steve was very helpful in finding the vehical that was best matched for me, Ryan was also fantastic in ensuring that the truck I purchased would hold its value. Once all the paperwork fell through they had the truck rust proofed within a day of picking the truck up. I just made the switch from gmc to ram and im really impressed. I want to thank jim Thompson for the incredible service I recieved.

Jeep I bought was 2019 made, door paint was bubbling. I came to service and complained, a lady said they would call me if it covered or not. Took more than a month nobody called, I came back to ask again, another lady said ok I will call you tomorrow bout updates, nobody called after 2 weeks. I called Chris in the front office and brought up the matter, that afternoon a lady called me and they’ll book me an appointment for the repairs and it’s covered . Took me almost 2 months to get results. I’m an Asian by the way. If those 2 ladies have some friendly approach I wouldn’t be making this post, even it took longer for the process. It’s all money that your customers are paying and notcolors of the skin.

Hello Nestor, thank you for your feedback. We apologize that the process took as long as it did, and we did make attempts to contact you to keep you in the loop. We had approval from Chrysler on July 21st and the first call to you to inform you were made on July 22nd where we left a message. We understand that you spoke to Chris sometime after this, and we called back again on Aug 15th where we again had to leave a message. Contact was made on Aug 17th were we explained that the process would take approximately 1.5 weeks since there was rust on all 4 doors. We confirmed the day of appointment would be Oct 17th and your vehicle is being repaired currently.
