However, we do provide our customers with a quote before continuing with any transaction so that we are as transparent as possible. Best buying experience, again. This was a 3rd purchase from Thompson Chrysler. I met with Nick, and quickly I felt like he was more of a friend, rather than a salesman. During our conversation, he came to understand exactly what I was looking for. I was extremely excited. As this was the experience I was hoping for. Shortly thereafter, I met with Tony, to go over more details. Again, this part of the experience was very professional and yet comfortable. Tony asked lots of questions to understand my needs and wants too. At no time was there any pressure. Just the opposite. Both of these gentleman answered all of my questions. Even the silly ones :). Taking as much time as I needed. Thank you Nick and Tony. We love our new van. If you are looking for a flawless, easy buying experience, go see Nick. Tell him Paula sent you :)

Great customer service. I came here looking to trade in my Escape and Chris and Ryan worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted. They were honest and patient, answering all my questions along the way. Being new to the car buying process myself, they made me feel comfortable and not pressured. Our family definitely recommends Jim Thompson Chrysler to anyone looking for a worry free, relaxing and skilled team to work with. The team at the dealership made it super simple to find what we wanted and were super quick to get things done, they we super informative and able to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. Steve Hayes Is definitely the best sales person we have ever dealt with! We will be back for future purchases

We were able to purchase our latest vehicle from Jim Thompson Chrysler. It was tricky for them to find the model that suited our needs (stock is low due to Covid, not their fault). We had to upgrade with features we did not need but we expected this was going to happen. They were able to provide us with pictures of the truck so we bought it without actually seeing it or taking it for a test drive. Communication was a little slow with sales and financing as they are understaffed at this time(explanation we were given). We didn't push it. Negotiations were pretty much non existent with trade values and warranty pricing, this was disappointing, maybe this happens everywhere now. Wasn't a bad experience, just wasn't exciting or exceptional. I'd give it a 4.5 if I could.

Extremely impressed with the entire team at Jim Thompson. When our van started having issues the team stepped up and took care of us. They made sure we had a safe vehicle to get our baby to and from doctors appointments and didn’t rest until they figured out what was wrong. The service team treated our vehicle like it was their own. They made sure that we didn’t get it back until it was at top working order and ensured it was resolved. Between the team answering the phones, the service crew, the leadership of the dealers right down to the drivers everyone was wonderful to deal with, very understanding and excellent at their jobs. Would recommend this location in an instant. Thank you Jim Thompson team!

This is the second time ive attempted to buy a vehicle from them. Their shotty girl "sales" personal have no clue. Refused to tell me the damage on a vehicle and didnt even have the right price up for the vehicle. After many attempts to get an answer about the vehicle over email, which was a simple question i thought they. kept referring back to my name and phone number. . Can we get your name i told them my name is K. Which i go by then it was can i get a last name, phone number. Im sorry but you dont need my personal information to tell me what damages took place to a vehicle on your lot. The vehicle has now sold... and im hoping the damages were disclosed to this person. . My first time doing "business" with them i was harrased for weeks. Until I finally answered my phone and told them to stop harassing me. Im hoping the next vehicle i come across isnt on your lot. 0 stars To owner: funny because i never inquired about a vehicle in december..... It was more like august.... So there goes to show you how well you know your customer cliental. Never said the emails sent to me wernt "professional" they gave me two different prices on a vehicle and my one question was never answered..... But anywho you will not be getting my business. Moving on.
