I wouldn't buy from them. If I have an option to give no star I would prefer that. Bought vehicle few years before, never like promised. Talked to manager said atleast you can do basic things. Very poor customer service. Beware.

We had service done on our van due to some unforseen circumstances. The service was fantastic, as was everyone we dealt with. They went over the estimate with myself prior to anything being done and it was explained thoroughly. Highly recommend them, fantastic service!

I can’t say enough good things about Steve Hayes and everyone else at Jim Thompson Chrysler! I went in to discuss options for trading my Jeep Wrangler for an SUV/family vehicle and purchased a Chevy Equinox that same day! I only had to look at one vehicle because it was exactly what I was looking for. This is how car shopping should be!!
