After purchasing different used vehicles throughout the years I decided it was time to go new. I contacted Jeremy Thompson at Jim Thompson Chrysler to find out about the truck inventory. After some great communication back and forth we met and took a new truck to drive that I was interested in. I was sold on that truck. We discussed and Jeremy got me connected with Ryan to discuss purchase financing. Within a few days I was driving out of the lot with my first ever brand new truck. I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience and would highly recommend dealing with Jeremy, Ryan and the team at Jim Thompson Chrysler.

We just purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Shaun and the team at JTC and had a fantastic experience. I was dreading going through the process of searching for and finding a new SUV. We gave Shaun our wish list and monthly budget and he did all of the work for us sourcing options. He was kind and patient in answering all of my questions (there were many) and even came in on his day off to allow me to test drive the vehicle we ended up purchasing. Tony in finance was excellent to work with as well and everyone we met in the service department welcomed us as new customers. When we are ready for our next vehicle, we will be back.

We purchased a new truck recently and had a great experience working with Nick. We drove from Toronto to Kingston to buy a truck because the prices are right and the customer service was there. It was worth the commute and I am sure more people from the city would drive to Kingston to get the right costumer service experience when spending a lot of money.
