Friendly and fast service plus free car wash

Speedy service on a cruise control recall. Offered a free car wash and was in and out in an hour. Very friendly staff as per usual.

Came in today on November 19,2018 for a oil change and two recalls on my 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 . Excellent service and friendly staff . Nice waiting area . Definitely will be back soon to have a level lift installed .

I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep SRT pre-owned off Kijiji, and it required some maintenance and a major repair that was undisclosed to me by the previous owner. I had never been to this dealership, but had driven by quite a few times, so decided to try it out. Needless to say, they now have a new loyal customer. I was promptly and politely greeted by the Service Advisors, the Shuttle Drivers were out at the time I arrived, but they were quick to have one of the Shop Technicians pitch in to get me to work on time, who were also very friendly, and we had great conversation on our drive. This was one of the first dealerships in my many experiences to actually keep me informed as to what was required on my vehicle, and providing me with detailed costs prior to proceeding, and just showing up to a large bill like many other dealers. One repair was a bit more in depth, and I was very pleased to have been referred to speak with the Service Manager who was very knowledgeable, and treated me very well! The Shuttle Drivers were very punctual to pick me up on time at the end of the business day to pick up my vehicle. After paying for my visit, I made a stop at the parts department for a couple items, and the Parts Associate knew the parts I was looking for without even having to look them up in the computer. Even with just a quick encounter of a Sales Rep, I was complimented on my nice looking vehicle, and advised that they were there for me if I needed anything. This has been more than a 5 🌟 experience, but I cannot rate it any higher. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone, no matter what you drive, as the service was absolutely outstanding! Keep up the great work!

Dropped vehicle off for accessories with Jenn while I was out of town. Everything went perfect and Jenn gave me regular updates on how things were progressing and final quote. Ready on time for pick up. Great service.
