Should you be looking for a vehicle, go to Alastair. I am extremely happy with the customer service I received from Alastair Seabrook. I purchased an olive green 2017 Fiat from him. I have a background in sales and Alastair simply gave me, the most outstanding customer service I have ever experienced. Not only is he very passionate about his career in sales, he is very aware of making sure that his customers are very satisfied. Alastair, is an asset to this dealership. To the owner of this fine dealership, please know that should you offer a salesperson of the year at South Trail Chrysler, he has my vote. Alastair, I appreciated the customer service you offered me when I purchased the Fiat. Thank you. :)

We just purchased a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica and the team at South Trail made it happen when another dealership failed to do so. Any concern we had was treated respectfully and I can say we are extremely happy with not only the deal we got but also the way we were treated and the integrity of this dealership. We dealt with Chris and Danny in sales and Darrin in finance. Its nice to make new friends at a car dealer and avoid the usual high pressure. I can confidently say we’ll be recommending them to plenty of people and will be back in the future!

Not too much to offer. Is new, they smile but you do not feel a human atention. We did not get any good deal. They have to make better.

They charged me a fee for service and then refunded me that without even asking because they realized that they shouldn’t have charged me. Happy with the experience so far.

Charged $20 for nothing

They just turned off the TPS light by filling air in tires and charged me $20. The light would have turned off anyways by filling free air at Co-Op
