Bought a used vehicle from here a while ago. Everything seemed really good and I was excited to buy my first actual vehicle. Within a week of having it home the power steering fluid was empty. Filled it up and again within a week it was empty. Contacted the dealership and they said they knew nothing about it and that they couldn't test it while it was at the dealership simply because the power steering fluid was low and they weren't allowed to fill it up which is bs. They told us the only problem was that the steering fluid was low and needed to be topped up; not that it has a major leak and was faulty which I now have to pay quite a bit of money to fix. I personally would not recommend this dealership. We were looking to buy a truck not long after and completely steered clear of this place for that reason.

This place is run by a bunch of douchebags. They have no idea what they are doing and the service is the worst in the city, up there with Courtesy Chrysler.

Not sure what it is. Use to like going here, but now it seems I'm frustrated each time I bring my vehicle. Will look somewhere else to take my truck.

Had a service consultant named Jenn Schielke. Can't stress enough about how good she is at her job! I was concerned about how long it was taking and sent her a text. She replied right away, and made sure I knew exactly what was happening with my car. Also sent the shuttle to get me when it was done! The great service was refreshing, and I will definitely go back to South Trail Chrysler!
