Stay away from that shop!!! Don’t give them your business! Im a real person ask me if you have any questions! worst customer service! did not fix the problem after multiple trips. promised to refund the money, waiting for over 2 month and in addition they charge me twice. will be taking them to court. find a different dealership. And don’t believe their reply they don’t CARE!!

Hi Tomer… Let us first apologize for the hiccup with you refund, this one was clearly our clerical mistake and it did take a while to clear it up but I have been told that you have already been issued your refund. Great group to deal with from the Management to Sales and to Finance. Ordering a Truck and then having to wait for the build and delivery can be frustrating but I was kept well informed throughout the process where my truck was. This group treats you like a friend.

Shane Unrau is awesome! I have bought 3 vehicles from and thru him. He is extremely customer driven and all the reason I keep coming back. I needed help with my first oil change and the people at Southtrail looked after me as if I was their first customer. I didn't purchase my vehicle there but they made me feel like I did. Highly recommended. Jeff

Shane Unrau is awesome! I have bought 3 vehicles from and thru him. He is extremely customer driven and all the reason I keep coming back. No combination of words can express how perfect my wife and my experience was at South Trail. We have made two purchases from other dealerahips before this and there is no comparison. South Trail is by far ahead of the pact. My salesman Shane as well Luke along with my financier Chad were like the super team of deals. There was complete transparency nothing was changed or rushed by us, everything was thoroughly explained. They even went as far as explaining everything to me that the other dealers didn't and how I was kind of ripped off without even knowing. I had no idea because before I just got told "don't worry we got you covered" and I never thought twice about it. These guys however always said 'dont worry we got you covered because...." You could not ask for them to be more transparent. No surprises or hidden expenses and if you have any question at all even if you think you're asking for to much ask anyway. I can guarantee that they will try to get you more. They did everything in their power to ensure that we got the exact deal we were looking for. They went above and beyond what you would expect and continued to do more. Shane and Luke ensured that we got the exact truck we were looking and Chad tied it up by getting the price we were looking for. I can't say it enough these are the guys you want to help you get a vehicle. I have never had a better experience with a dealership.
