St.albert dodge service review. I want to send a huge thank you to TONY GRUENHEIDT! He went above and beyond to help me out and he did it with humor and kindness that was very appricated. We have always had great service in the service department but he really cared and it showed. �

Very good service - I had already liked the service department with my 2015 Jeep Cherokee - the sales department was great too (Jerry Joseph in particular) - everything said/promised was delivered. Good communication :) I would highly recommend St. Albert Dodge.

Recall, did it quickly, but couldnt say how long and service oersonnel have gone down hill since 2 yrs ago? Just another hohum service dept that doesnt instill a warm fuzzy feeling when you take the $50k vehicle in for warranty, pick up the customer service or erd dodge dealer I leave, next vehicle purchase wont be here, my wife used to be good with being treated right, now she refuses to go there...

I had the pleasure of meeting Matt and Vince while visiting , not nearly an hour into our session and they had me in love with a great car to last me many good years. They are friendly always asking if you’re good and really try to meet your dream car expectations. I even got a little birthday gift making the entire experience extremely positive despite my initial nerves.
