The staff at this location is absolutely amazing friendly and more than helpful. My sale person Jerry Joseph was so professional and friendly and made the buying experience exceptional. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I am so happy with my new 2017 Ram Longhorn !!!!!!!

I just purchased a brand new fully loaded 2019 RAM 1500 Rebel from them. Ask for Chad, he is a fantastic guy to deal with! Overall the service is beyond awesome, even better than many German car dealerships I have dealt with. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. I must to admit that I am very impressed. I fought for days to try to get lower price on the 2019 rebel at another Dodge dealership. The other dealership only offered me $2500 off the MSRP which is the current promotion offered by Dodge manufacturer. The other dealership even never mention the promotion until I found out by myself. However, when I came to Chad at St Alberta Dodge to see if they can give me a better price, I was totally shocked by the awesome discount they gave to me!!!!!!! Awesome price right up front!!

I just want to use this opportunity to express how supportive, friendly and nice all the team at St. Albert Dodge are especially Kevin and another guy in the repair department. St. Albert Dodge has helped me twice in a way I believe no dealership in Alberta would have done. First time was with one of the guys in their repair department who provided me an exceptional service back in 2017. He provided me with the key program code I needed and went ahead to cut two keys of my 2009 Dodge Journey for free. He also provided me with the vehicle information to help with the key programming after I told him the vehicle has been shipped abroad. This second exceptional service from this friendly team happened last week Thursday August 16, 2018. I dropped at St. Albert Dodge asking them to help me check a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan I wanted to purchase just to be sure the vehicle has no lien, stolen or being in an accident. Kevin immediately took me to his office and not only that he helped me with Car Proof check which ordinarily would have costed me about $78.00 from the Registry but went beyond to contact the Scotia Dealer Advantage (SDA) through which the previous owner secured the vehicle to ensure the lien has been lifted. At the end, SDA sent in the lien letter stating the vehicle has no lien. It took about 20 minutes of his time to have this completed and Kevin ensured I'm in the clear with the purchase. It was a great service that worth speaking about to other customers out there. I therefore recommend St. Albert Dodge for your businesses because the team members at St. Albert Dodge have twice proofed to me they can be trusted, friendly and can be of support to their customers at any point in time.
