Terrible terrible terrible. Brought my truck there for an EGR valve problem. They fixed it. Within ten minutes of driving, the debris that they didn't clean out destroyed the turbocharger. Their response....sorry, but on top of the 3600 we charged for the initial repair, it will be another 4800 to repair. Or we can sell you another vehicle. And only give you the rebates that would be offered to anyone as the trade in. I told them that the numbers they are showing don't make sense. Salesperson says 'one minute, I'll check with my manager'. Ten minutes later he still hasn't returned, yet i can hear them laughing and talking. I literally walked right by them, went to Ron Hodgson Chevrolet, got more for my truck, sight unseen and drove home in a brand new truck. St Albert Dodge is the last place I would recommend. Terrible.

I can’t believe how awesome it was to work with St Albert Dodge to build my dream truck! Thanks to John Smith for the patience he showed me in sales and all his excellent service. Matt McLean and Jay Vantol for working magic to make the payments I was looking for a reality and to Daylen Van Hees for the smoothest rise I’ve ever taken in a car financing office. I spent over 2 months going in and out of Dodge dealerships and I WISH I would have just gone to See these guys from the start. It would saved me so much time! A special thanks to Corrine Soroka who told me to come down and meet this team! I was quite discouraged and without her, I may still be driving a Chevy!

My wife and I had a great experience with this dealership. We have previously bought a vehicle from there in 2009. We just purchased an SUV last night. The salesman Jerry Joseph goes above and beyond for us. He is a very kind man, good listener and very calm, unlike the aggressive/motormouth/pushy salespeople who dont listen to their customers. Jerry knew what we wanted and we were able to come up with a very good deal and he is very accommodating. We highly recommend the dealership and the salesman Jerry Joseph.

Not like any other dealer I've come across.... These guys are the real deal! I just bought a Ram Sport from Terry and he was more helpful, genuine and honest any other salesman I've ever dealt with before. He made it incredibly fast and easy buying the truck! I work out of town and I wasn't able to go and see the truck before I bought it and so I had it delivered to me. When I got the truck there were a couple minor things that weren't exactly perfect. Terry went completely out of his way to fix everything and make it right. It would have been very easy for him to say tough luck and walk away, but he didn't. I really appreciate him helping me out even after all the paperwork was signed and it was no longer his problem. You can have full confidence buying any vehicle from these guys without seeing it first! Doesn't matter where I am, next time I need a truck, I'll be getting it from St. Albert Dodge! Thanks Guys and thanks Terry!
