My request for the colour and interior that I wanted was met with no difficulty plus my trade-in value was upt to my expectation that was a result of me research. All the staff that I met were very friendly and not overly at any time.

Mr. Kusmirski was our salesman during our previous purchase of our GMC Terrain. Who better, to go to, for our next deal. He was extremely helpful. He was aware of our needs and did his best to accommodate us. He arranged an appointment and had at least two vehichles for us to test drive. He presented three options for us to consider and went over each in detail.He was very professional yet personable. Thanks to our experience, we have recommended Leggat to several friends who liked our new car. We would like to thank Kris and his team for their assistance and expertise in all steps of our dealings.

Upon delivery, the vehicle's interior was very dirty (the windows inside and out appeared to have never been cleaned, you could still visualize the outline from the dealership's sale stickers on the outside of the windshield, all interior surfaces, dashboard, etc...were dirty to touch), in addition, upon delivery the car's battery was dead and required replacement, there was a new small dent in the drivers door that was not there when we purchased the car. To make matters worse, the second key and the owners manual were missing upon delivery, but Kevin worked hard to get these missing items forwarded along to us. After we received the vehicle, we ended up having to pay to have the car profesional cleaned both inside and out. VERY DISAPPOINTING for a $29,000 used car. Bill and Taras worked great as a team with their manager to provide a great experience. The 3M hood protector was missed when I got the car but they quickly replaced it at no charge.

John Gennaro from Leggat Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC was extremely helpful in getting me in the right vehicle. I wasn't entirely sure what vehicle I wnted. And he was both patient with me AND instrumental in pointing out all the advantages of either vehicle. I finally decided to go with the 2015 Silverado because of its usefulness and capability.
