respectful - - excellent Description -again axcellent Very good Experience - I noticed that the car would hesitate when taking off from a start - Peter did say that was because of the tranmission gears - but it's not right - i'M going to have to bring the car in for service. Not too satisftised

I was immediately taken care of when i entered Leggat Chev. We test drove a Silverado and went through the different models on the lot, with consideration to how much i was willing to spend. After drawing up the full price of the truck i could afford, Dwayne gladly went through all of its features, payment/finance methods and further went through what the facility had to offer. When it came to picking up the truck i purchased, Dwayne went through the truck with me with great detail and ensured i understood everything had no issues what so ever. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the staff and would gladly purchase another vehicle from Leggat Chev when the time comes. Dwayne, along with the other staff, were very helpful and personable.

I continue to come back and work with Wes every time I am at Leggat. Wes does a great job at the desk, helping and analyzing any questions customers have. He is not afraid to ask about 'anything else or everything else is okay?'. He updates you on where you are for extended work (eg 60k inspection and work required) and offers advice and solutions. The only complaint I have is Wes always has a line up. He is a very busy guy and you can tell all customers like him.

The sales staff at Leggats is outstanding particularly Taras my sales rep who made the transition from one vehicle to the next seamless and convenient. After more than 20 years of business with this company I've had nothing but positive experiences . See you in four years.

Car not delivered looking like new as promised and not all items included as discussed at time of sale.

Bought a demo and after I took it home, found an toy in the car that had been left by sales staff who had been using it. Had the car been thoroughly cleaned the person cleaning would have found the item. Went back for a second cleaning but still left not satisfied. When I picked up the car there was a scratch on the fender that was not there when I purchased the car. Since it was raining I was told to come back at another time and it would disappear. Body shop personnel informed me that the only way it would disappear was if the whole panel was repainted. I informed sales person that I was not satisfied since the scratch was still visible and was told he would get back to me. Still waiting.

Our go to person at Leggat is Kathy Taylor. Welsh get know what it is we wasn't in vehicles and she makes it happen. As for the service we get when we go to Leggat the service is of the utmost care and professionalism.
