My first experience with Ian was excellent. I appreciated his honesty and recommendations to help me by the right car. As a result, when my daughter was in a car accident we came back to Ian to buy her car. He made a challenging process fun and easy especially since we had no idea what we wanted to buy.

It was a mistake that caused me to receive a car without the navigation system that I had ordered. That's fine, it happens. But the handling of getting the system in good time, and the lack of communication was very disappointing.

There was a issue in having to wait for the factory navigation system to come in. Since then the new system has been installed and our customer is now happy with their new car

I came in for my first oil change and service. I was taken care of from the minute I entered the service bays. I was given a free full breakfast and coffee. My experience was excellent and the team was great to deal with. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.
