Recently Bytek Volkswagen completed corrosion/paint defect repairs under Volkswagen Warranty on my Tiguan 2012. I was impressed by the service and the results!!! Thanks again to all.

The parts desk was very helpful and found me what I needed. I think the clerk at the parts desk was Sam, but not sure. Great job! Well done. Jalil at the Service Desk was very helpful and informative too. I was treated well at this dealership. Excellent customer service. Good job guys :D

Not a great experience. Definitely had sufficient support from sales rep Dilhan. We were able to negotiate a reasonable price on a vehicle; however, we had issues with communication during the credit application process... It's extremely discouraging being asked questions about your financial history, only be to congratulated on a car purchase BEFORE the credit application is approved. There was no courtesy from the financial rep Jennifer to let us know we may not be approved; instead, we were amped up and congratulated, thinking there would be no issues at all. Bytek needs to understand that people come from different financial backgrounds and they need to show restraint during this process. Not to mention, their credit check is a HARD check. We had mentioned that the car would be under MY credit and not my partner, yet they went ahead and did it on my partner, dropping her score. Overall, I think we will pass on Bytek for a car in the future. We recently bought our car at Performance Mazda, and it was a MUCH better experience. We were welcome and treated normally despite our low income and limited credit history. Not embarrassed, discouraged or outright ignored by the finance team when we simply wanted help understanding why we weren't approved. It all starts with communication, and I have no doubt they can learn from an experience like this!

Great customer service. Bought my Tiguan from here and they let me test drive to see if that fits in my garage which was almost 40 mins drive to my place. Great car buying experience.
