Great experience throughout. Car was there in the 3 weeks promised. Super friendly staff who made feel as if we were part of the family.

I would give the service department 10 stars if possible. I had a great experience, this should be the only VW dealership to visit in Ottawa *Update* My stars has dropped due to the fact that, it is quite a hustle to set up a service appointment. You basically have to leave a voicemail and play phone tag hopefully to get an appointment. The online appointment option barely works. The portal sends you a verification code via text or email. When you enter the code it tells you the code is wrong. I’ve tried the text and email option multiple times with no luck. I would suggest whoever picks up the calls and fwd you to service voicemail, set up the service appointments themselves to avoid the phone tag. Make sure your online portal for service appointments actually works, if you are providing this as an option. There’s a noice in my steering wheel which was supposed to be fixed during my last service which was not. Theres an annoying airbag notification with my Atlas which has been ongoing since December 2022. Theres a recall with no fix at this point and their solution is to make sure there’s nothing on the passenger seat. It still beeps either way and you can imagine getting this beep every 5 seconds on a long ride. Very disappointing of VW with no fix for this recall and no temporary solution from Bytek service.

I would never choose this dealership for any service work Recently I have my 2019 Atlas Exec line serviced there with also programming a new key for the vehicle 1: When I received bill, they charged me double Labour for the key programming (178 instead of 78) on the principal bill, I am the person usually read the bill, caught it and questioned it, service guy finally amended amount for me, i feel people will be over charged if they do not check the bill carefully, so do not go 2: in the day vehicle for service, they phoned me and informed me my brake pad. Caliper pad everything need to be replaced as it’s rusted, The vehicle was parked in drive way since April 1st till June 30th when it was at their location, They phoned me twice and pushed me for that brake replacement(1600 dollar parts+ Labour), I didn’t agree as it’s a big cost and my car was only 36k and it’s a 2019 model, I can never imagine I need to replacing entire brake system I went to other 2 location just check brake, both of them recommending drive for another 2 more days to see how it looks like after rust gone, also they are confident I can keep it as the vehicle is only 3 year old and low mileage on it, but when I was at Bytek, they were telling me it’s unsafe to drive, the car is literally without brake I have to change it, this is very frustrated, 3: the last when I picked the car after paid close to 900 for programming and 40k service, I found my wiper was not fixed as one of it was missing, service rep told me in the phone they have asked if I want to fix it and i reject because I am out of budget, this is so funny they didn’t even seriously mentioned that, but obviously they serious about over selling the brake, Above is what I have experienced, I would never recommending this location, oh yes BTW, every time you call, it’s such a long hold, I had couple about 20 minutes long,

When you place a deposit on a vehicle you are interested in, that deposit is supposed to be refundable. Apparently this is not the case at Bytek VW, they will keep your deposit and say it was used for registration.

Awesome dealership highly recommend shopping here! My car salesman Dilhan was absolutely amazing! I was from out of town and he made the process for trading in and buying such an easy process! Was very personal when finding out my needs for my next vehicle and very quick responses and friendly as well! Kept me up to date with the VW check over anything that needed to be done to it before delivery and got me everything i needed so that i could drive down sign papers and go back home!
