Chris answered all my questions respectfully, even if they were about things I maybe should have known. He pointed out all the new features of the 2014 Civic I was looking at, and did his best to get the price I needed for my budget. I would definitely look for Chris in a future car-shopping trip.

Owned my first new Honda Civic for close to 10yrs and 300,000.km with regular maintenance I had very few repairs.When it came to buy another I went to Brantford Honda just to start looking at used Honda's.Met up with Randy and felt comfortable with his service.Went for test drives and bought my new/used 2012 Honda Civic.Randy was very understanding on what I needed(snow tires)and they were included in deal.My Mom now owns my old Civic and loves it.Thank-you Monica.
