Ben, and the other service advisors, have always been friendly, respectful and professional in all their dealings with me. The summer and winter wheels were switched, the summer wheels were stored (FREE, as advertised!) and the car was ready as promised. It is always a pleasure to deal with Brantford Honda staff.

My vehicle required regular maintenance and needed a problem with the signal switch diagnosed. I was provided with a timely ride home and back by Bob (who is awesome). My vehicle was ready on time and it was clean. The problem with the signal switch was diagnosed and an appointment was secured to have it installed. I can always count on the team at Brantford Honda to treat me with respect and take care of my vehicle as required.
