After reporting vibrations in the steering wheel when braking at 100 kph, Adam arranged for machining both front rotors while getting a B1 service. Problem was fixed while the service was completed. As always, this service department meets or exceeds expectations in customer focus and care. Excellent...Trevor has always been excellent to deal with and very respectful of my needs. He provides the best in Customer Service and one of the real influences on me when service is needed on the best vehicle I have ever owned Honda Pilot. And while I am saying this there is another service guy ..Ben ? Excellent guy to work with...I think Trevor and Ben went to the same school of providing a great experience dealing with Brantford Honda...Great job guys and thanks for making me feel very comfortable when at the dealership.
