This was my second Honda purchase in 8 years. My first was 2 years old when I bought it and my boyfriend is still driving it. I didn't even hesitate when the time came to purchase a new car, Honda was my first choice. I love my new Honda although I have problems with the connection to my cell phone. It doesn't stay connected most of the time but the car overall is GREAT!

2011 civic SI great buying experence

Bought last winter and was very happy with the experience. Test driving in the dead of winter usually isn't fun but she took the time to warm them up for me. Post sale was also superb lots of attention to the small things like stainless steel plate bolts most dealers cheap out and put plated ones one that rust out first winter

The team at Brantford Honda was able to compete with dealers around Ontario. They not only gave us a price we were happy with, they spent a lot of time going over the details of the sale, and the details of the car. The follow up care we received was genuine.

We picked Brantford Honda because they gave us a better deal than the GTA area dealers. We purchased a new CRV AWD and really like it...it has 13k km's since March 2014 and there have been zero problems with it....amazing after hearing about all the recalls from other manufacturers. We dealt with Scott and he took his time explaining how to find and operate all the features on the SUV....it was a pleasureable experience. We will give these guys first crack at our business next time we need a car. Bill in Bolton.

I received a letter for a recall on the airbags, or a specific part of the system. Was told it would take about an hour, was pleased when it only took about half the time! The staff at the repair center were very polite and courteous, and even got a free car wash! Thanks for the great service, see you again soon! K. Barnes.
