Took my CRV in for an oil change and had the winter tires put on. I waited for my vehicle. There are plenty of magazines and a tv to help pass the time. My vehicle was ready at the time promised and all services were fully explained when I paid the bill.

It was a great experience. It's a great team in Brantford. As always Ben was polite, prompt and explained the service specials and my service check. Ben has always made me feel confident when I leave my car for service.

Service people very polite and get things done quickly. Only wish price you ask on phone is same as when u pay after work done. The main reception always seems like you are bothering them when asking questions. I don't bother with them anymore and just ask service staff instead.

I went in due to the tranmission was acting od, and the engine light was on and the dive light indicator was blinking. they fixed the fault, was a sensor.it was covered on the warrenty,that was comfort to me. thank you.

The service staff explained what needed to be done, dropped me off and later picked me up in the exact time line that was told to me. All the staff were very friendly. I always feel that my car is in experienced, professional hands when I need a service call.
