We dealt with Alistair, who was a great salesperson to deal with. He understood the product, treated both my husband and I with equal respect and walked through each stage of the process confidently. He took the extra steps to make our family feel taken care of during this process. We would certainly buy a vehicle from him again.

If I could rate this dealership 0 stars I would. They are extremely shady and do not keep their word on things that they have said. When I purchased my vehicle (used) in February, I was told that new all season tires were put on it - Only to find out 4 months later when I got an oil change that they needed to be replaced? Doesn't quite make sense if new tires were put on. There were also some other issues that arose when talking about the tires with the salesman and sales manager, and they tried to switch around the wording THAT I HAVE IN EMAILS to make it seem like I am making things up or just completely stupid. The entire experience was terrible, from the moment we sat down to talk about the pricing of the vehicle to now. They made me feel extremely pressured and were completely in our faces the entire time. At this point, all we were asking them for were the tires they told us were on the vehicle, but apparently that's too much to ask. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle anytime in the future, I would stay far away from this place... unless you want to get ripped off.

I purchased my 2014 Ram 1500 Sport used from South Trail Chrysler. I was overpromised and under delivered after sale was made. My truck was poorly detailed and promised if I called in they were schedule me for it to be done again. I have left several messages with Service Department and non were ever returned to me for this. I also did not receive a key for my locking lugnuts and when I called about that I was told the manager would look into it but I never received a call about that. I had a flat and because I did not have this my lugnut had to be broken in order to change the flat. There was a cigarette hole in the seat, and it was part of my deal that they would do a repair on it if I called in and schedule a time, every call in has gone unreturned. When I traded my Jeep in I made it clear that I was only including the 4 winter tires that were currently on the vehicle and that it DID NOT come with a winter spare. My sales person understood this and we made the deal. Over two weeks after I was in BC working I received a call from the Sales person asking me when I was going to drop off the spare. I told him there wasn't a winter spare and he knew that at time of the deal. He hounded me for several weeks with phone calls telling me if I didn't drop off some sort of tire that this Dealership was going to dock his pay (Which is illegal for them to do) if I didn't produce a tire. Also, the previous owners information was left in the glove compartment along with several items that were his. I contacted the previous owner and asked if he would like those back and then inquired about the truck's condition and why he traded. He attested the truck was a good truck but his wife wanted a new model. He also told me that he had just put in a $500 reusable filter and when I told the Services center at another dealership out of town they told me it was taken out and replace with a new consumable. The previous owner insisted that he left it with the truck and suspects that the Dealership removed it because they wanted me to continue to have to purchase their consumables. He also said he switched the brand new tires off his new model and took the tires and rims he had on this truck but the tires that were on my truck were not new. I had tried to reach out several times, was put on hold, told someone would call me back and now here I am have to write a less than desirable review. I have given this dealership ample opportunity to make this right but they have yet to even try. Once a deal is done they don't seem to care about their customers. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again. Which is very unfortunate as I am in the market for a few vehicles for my growing company.

My husband bought the jeep grand cherokee 2017 yesterday from there. He says, “Jessica is the person to go to.” He was in market for a new car from june 2018 and since than he has been checking pretty much all the chrysler dealerships in Calgary even outside of Calgary but Jessica was the person who were able to offer him the deal, he wanted. All the other staff were very nice too.Thanks Jessica for all the help, we are very pleased with our purchase.
