If you’re looking for your next vehicle I couldn’t recommend seeing Alastair more. He’s not pushy, will find you a vehicle suited for your needs, knows what he’s talking about but won’t overwhelm you with information, and you’ll laugh enough to remember buying a car is actually a fun experience. Great place, great guy. 5 ⭐️

Shane was awesome! We were blown away with the exceptional customer service that South Trail Chrysler provides. Shane worked really hard to get the right truck for us. If we are ever in the market to get another Chrysler vehicle we will definitely go back to South Trail Chrysler. Thanks Shane - we love our new truck!

I took my truck to this dealership to deal with the shift interlock recall. I booked an appointment with about a week notice and dropped my vehicle off for service. About 7 hours later I got a call that it was ready for pick up, so I got a ride to the dealership, and signed the paper at the service desk. As I was walking away I saw the small line at the bottom of the invoice that read "Rebook customer, parts not available". So 1. Why did they book me in without the parts available, 2 why didn't they call to cancel if the parts weren't available the day of my appointment, 3 why did they keep my truck for 7 hours instead of turning me away when I was dropping it off, and 4 Nobody said anything to me that the work wasn't completed - not the service advisor that called me to come pick the truck up, not the agent at the service desk that printed off my paperwork. If I hadn't noticed I would have left assuming the SAFETY recall had been completed. Absolutely ridiculous.
