My wife and I recently went into St. Albert Dodge to find her a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We got to work with Connor Tighe. Connor approached us almost immediately with a bright smile and a great attitude. It was easy to tell that Connor has a passion for the product as he had detailed answers to all our questions. He was very informative and knowledgeable and was very accommodating with our requests. If we weren’t completely happy with a feature, Connor would go above and beyond to find us the right vehicle. We ended up going through several different varieties of Grand Cherokee in order to find the one that worked for us, and at no time did my wife and I ever feel rushed, pressured, or uncomfortable while dealing with Connor. Initially, St. Albert Dodge didn’t have the exact vehicle we wanted on their lot, so Connor set us up a time to meet him the following day in order to allow him some time to do some digging. When we arrived the next day, he had several different varieties along the lines of what we were looking for ready to go, just for us to check out and explore. Overall our experience at St. Albert Dodge was fantastic. I would definitely recommend dealing with them if you’re interested in getting a new vehicle. Thanks guys!

One of the best dealerships I've ever worked with. All the staff are friendly and professional. The atmosphere is very relaxed and casual. They went above and beyond to assist us, even staying late to accommodate our schedule not just once but twice! If you're looking for a new (or new to you) vehicle definitely come see Chad Davis here. He's AWESOME!

My niece & I just bought a used car together from Chad Davis. Daylan was our finance contact. Both men went above and beyond to help us get what we needed at a price that was right for us. Due to some incorrect data on my nieces' credit report she was having difficulty getting financing anywhere. NO other dealership would tell her what the issue was. Daylan was very professional & carefully explained the problem to us. Once we had that info we were able to solve the problem & continue with making a car purchase. While we worked on that, Chad did his best to find us a couple of vehicles that met her requirements for us to choose from. Both Daylan & Chad made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Daylan took the time to explain any terms that were new to us & answer any questions we had to our satisfaction. He made sure we had all the info we needed to make a clear decision on options offered too. He also compared interest rates between three different potential lenders for us to ensure we would get the lowest borrowing rate possible. I'VE NEVER ENCOUNTERED A MORE PROFESSIONAL FINANCE MAN AT ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP THAT I'VE EVER WORKED WITH. Thank you Daylan & Chad for making this transaction as efficient and cost effective as possible.
