I brought my jeep in for an inspection and they found issues that another dealership said were OK from prior work being done ended up taking my jeep to St Albert Dodge for the work they found that needed to be done Very happy with service they did it in a very speedy manner and very polite I will take my vehicle to them from now on Very happy with all the staff and the service department

I have bought 3 vehicles from Shannon Stuht at St. Albert Dodge and each deal was better than the last. The sales staff and manager went above and beyond (especially when my math was wrong) and gave me top dollar for my trade ins and let me know that i had way more equity and value than I had originally thought. Loyalty goes a long way with this sales team and you won't be disappointed! Ask for Shannon and he will get you into exactly what you want at GREAT value!

In general, an excellent dealership. Sales staff, service staff and reception are pleasant and easy to deal with. I'm leaving this one star review because the business practices in the finance office are borderline unethical. When they present your invoice look closely for a line item called "WHEELSAVER" it will be a charge for $499.00. They will not point this charge out, it will have been added to your bill without you having asked for it. Once questioned, the finance person will assure you that "it is part of every deal" and will imply that it is a required charge. IT IS NOT. Read you invoice closely and always remember that you don't have to pay for anything you don't want to.

Had a great experiance! No shady salesmen, no games. You walk in grab a coffee and look at retro cars and talk to the guys. You feel more like family then a customer

John Smith was amazing. I was on a short deadline and he listened to what I wanted and what price I wanted to pay. He found me the perfect truck. I can’t say enough good things about him and the rest of the staff.
