Tough negotiations but no nonsense, no pressure, and straight forward. Usually prefer pulling hen's teeth instead of going to car dealers but in this case it went well.

Matt Dufour was our sale rep and he was awesome. If you are shopping for a vehicle go see Matt Dufour and he will get you in the right vehicle. Excellent personality, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Clint and Vince were also excellent to deal with in the financial department. Also like to thank Scott Held for being so accommodating. Thank you Matt. Can’t wait till summer to enjoy the top off on my new 2018 Jeep Wrangler.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE BUT ST. ALBERT DODGE TO BUY!!!!!! We visited two different Dodge dealership as we needed to replace my husbands Larimie that was stolen and totally destroyed last July. (Londonderry - they were very pushy, didn't look for what we wanted, pushed a vehicle that was NOT what we wanted, we left that dearlership very upset) and Westlock - they didn't take us seriously about buy a truck. So we heading into St Albert Dodge. We dealt with Matt Maclean who is one of the managers there, after voicing my disappointment with the 2 other dearlerships he found us the best salesperson I have ever dealt with at a DODGE dealership in 10+ years. This young man was absolutely wonderful. His name is Shannon. He found my husband EXACTLY what he wanted. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He listen to our needs and found the truck. Thank you to both Matt Maclean and Shannon for everything. I WILL SEND PEOPLE THAT I KNOW to your dealership to buy and will always sing your praise. You both are exceptional. Dawne and Joe Russell
