Our entire experience was low pressure, which is very rare when purchasing a vehicle. We had searched online and found the vehicle that we were interested in, contacted St Albert Dodge and easily negotiated the sale. The easiest process from start to finish, by a mile, that we’ve ever experienced when buying a car. Dari Mahfouz was outstanding. He is friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We were never pressured to purchase more than we needed or wanted. We will definitely be back in the future for vehicle purchases and would highly recommend them to anyone, anytime!

Buying car here was super comfortable. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. One of the best dealerships that I visit, definitely would come back.

Recently purchased a brand new 2017 3500 ram and found out after less then 90 days of owning the vehicle I have to pay 180 USD for the nav system map update, you would think after spending mega$ on a truck the dealer A) would not book you in if there was “nothing they can do” B) Not tell you there is no update when there is (I paid for it online through Chrysler after being told there is no update) C) get free map updates for a minimum of a year, what kind of service sells new vehicles with outdated navigation systems.... Review update: I was contacted by Brad the general sales manager and after our discussion everything was cleared up and the issue has been resolved, I want to thank him for the quick response.

With the place being under new management and new sales people, its made a St. Albert Dodge a great place to deal with. I have stopped in and looked at trucks a few times over the past couple of years. The salespeople were always helpful and pleasant. When I finally decided to purchased i went back to St. Albert Dodge and dealt with Dari, he was great to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to send my friends and family there. Thanks, love the new truck.
