After spending 6 hours enduring high pressure sales tactics at another dealership, St. Albert Dodge was like a well deserved vacation. As soon as we sat down with our salesman (Ravi) we knew we were in the right hand. He was polite, straightforward and honest with us from the start. I was there with a friend who was looking to buy a brand new truck. She gave Ravi a list of what she wanted and her budget - he made it all happen and we were out of there in less than two hours. She picks her truck up today and we both couldn't be happier that we went wit St. Albert Dodge, these guys know how to sell cars and how to make customers happy.

They contacted me about trading in my vehicle. Called back and got Jeff Foss as my sales associate. Great guy. No pressure. Down to earth. Showed me a great deal and we were able to conclude our business with a 2014 Dodge trade in for a 2017 Fiat 500X Treking with low km and all the bells and whistles. Pretty good experience, honest from the start. I was particular about options I wanted for my 2500 and there was trouble finding the truck in the colour desired. In the end they put in a lot of work to get the deal done. Price was good, trade value was definitely fair, which is the main reason I wanted to deal with them. They got me the truck I ultimately wanted, at the payment I wanted and there wasn’t the hassle I usually have to deal with at some dealerships. Great experience, if you’re an educated shopper, you will find there is no BS with the guys here. My wife bought a 15’ Grand Cherokee from Sherwood Dodge and that was a reason I decided to go here in the first place. I must say both dealerships are Dynamite, good people and no pushy sales.
