The only thing i was not too impressed with was the service adviser. Brought my truck in because there was something wrong with the air suspension. It was quick enough to get an appointment and left my truck there most of the day. When i went to pick it up (parts had to be ordered to fix) was not given any kind of timeline as to when the parts would be in just that they would call me. Also since the suspension was not working properly, i inquired if it would do any damage to my truck driving with basically no suspension she replied "i don't think so" and walked away. I had to call another dealership to find out.

I recently purchased a vehicle at St. Albert Dodge...my first Dodge vehicle I might add and was terribly disappointed after an obscure mechanism broke using it for the first time. I immediately contacted the service department through their online application and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was contacted. Katie handled my concerns and the repair of my vehicle in a very efficient manner. She went above and beyond my expectations by contacting the sales department and having the repair done free of charge. Good on you St. Albert Dodge for pulling together as a team and for reassuring this first time Dodge owner that I had made a great decision purchasing my vehicle from you! I was very pleased with the results and look forward to our continued relationship :) P.S. Katie...you rock girl!

Had a great experience buying my new Jeep Cherokee at St. Albert Dodge! Ravi was very helpful with getting the right vehicle for me! I brought my jeep in for an inspection and they found issues that another dealership said were OK from prior work being done ended up taking my jeep to St Albert Dodge for the work they found that needed to be done Very happy with service they did it in a very speedy manner and very polite I will take my vehicle to them from now on Very happy with all the staff and the service department
