Purchase of new Jeep Grand Cherokee

South Trail was amazing. Gave me by far the best price out of over 10 local dealerships. Service was excellent. I highly recommend Brandon and Luke to anyone - I still can't believe how easy and honest to deal with them. I have bought numerous new cars in my life and this is the best dealership and Brandon is incredible to deal with.

This is a great place to buy a car. Staff is really great Adrian and Brittany helped me purchase my challenger T/A and they did a great gob. Adrian even helped to teach my wife to drive manual

I went in with my mother-in-law last week and knew exactly what we wanted. We had the pleasure to be helped by Jessica. She was very friendly, patient, professional and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Mom pick up her vehicle a few days later and was so happy. I have purchased a few vehicle a over the years and this was by far the best experience I have had. Thank you Jessica for your great work. I will be looking for you when comes time to purchase a new ride.

Adrian Antelo was a pleasure to work with. Very helpful and isn't that typical salesperson you may meet at a dealership, he is very honest and treats you with the upmost respect. Bought a 2018 ram 1500 and I 100% recommend Adrian, my family has dealt with him before and theres nothing bad to say about the guy. He knows his stuff! Yannick Brideau was also a pleasure to work with. He went through every detail with me and made the final stage of the purchase a breeze. Thank you South trail Chrysler!

I had an excellent experience dealing with Connor McCreary and he was very helpful and friendly. Everything from the first encounter, signing the paperwork and the vehicle walkthrough were handled very professionally. I am very pleased with my new 2019 Dodge Ram (sports) and I am loving everything about it.

Warranty and death wobble

Front driver side axle had a leak. It was covered under warranty. Told the service advisor i had the notorious death wobble and that the track bar bushings might be worn, The tech recommended to put a new steering damper. so i got it installed. He test drove it and said it was fine. I got the jeep and drove it on deerfoot on parts where i got the wobble and sure enough i still had death wobble. On the weekend i installed a new track bar and so far its been good (no death wobble) not sure how experience the tech was with jeeps but it was not the steering damper. And as for the other service they did, it was to satisfaction.
