Warranty service

Once it was determined I had current warranty we were able to work together to look after the service requirements. I was asked before the vehicle being kept overnight for parts. We were able to get both issues fixed and the recalls. I was pleased with South Trail covering much of the insurance cost. Pleased with the service.

Service department doesn’t listen

I asked for my extended protection package to be done as I am at my two year mark. I picked up my truck to find out nothing was done to my intieior there were stains in the fabric which I was told by my salesperson would be taken care of at these 2 year check ups. The service person said I didn’t tell her I wanted anything done just an inspection? I would think saying you want them to look over your protection package would mean to take care of anything that needed to be done?

I went in just to look at the new 2019 Ram changes and I walked out with a new 2018 Ram Rebel. Bruce Wayne (aka Batman) and Stephen Clarke were amazing to deal with and put up with my sometimes bold humor. Thank you both for making this experience so fun! I love my new truck.
